If an item arrives damaged or broken, please send any photos/videos of the damages to our Customer Success team here, and we can issue you a credit or will replace the damaged products once we review your order. Due to laws and regulations around the sale and shipment of alcohol, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. All sales of products containing alcohol are final.
For cocktail kits and products shipped without alcohol, please contact our Customer Success team within 7 days or receiving your order for assistance in processing a return.
