I Can't Find My Order After It Was Marked "Delivered"Updated 4 months ago

Occasionally shipping carriers may mark a package as delivered prematurely, or delivered it to a neighbor's address by mistake, so it's possible that this occurred with your shipment. In this instance, we'd suggest giving it until the end of the day to see if the package arrives, before we're able to assist. 

For additional assistance regarding the status of your shipment, please contact the carrier directly, to see if they have any additional status updates. If for some reason, they are unable to provide additional assistance, you will need to open a claim with them directly. Please let us know once that process has begun, so we can work with you towards getting this resolved from our side.
